I am an educator and mom who loves to explore various types of restaurants; which started from my childhood when my parents would take us out for family dinner! Also, my dad worked in the restaurant industry for many years. Are you getting where the love for exploring fine dining to casual dining comes from? By far, I am no certified food critic and, I know you are saying, “there is Yelp”; but between my husband and myself, our taste buds are usually on point. I had so many people encouraging me to write a food blog over the years; this year, I told myself, “heck, why not”? I love good food plus, I am an encourager, so why not get the two for one.
